Voice chat Ludo Talk while you roll
Ludo has always been a loud game, so every player at a Ludo Vest online table can talk. Voice works in matches of 2 to 8 players, Team Up 2v2 and private rooms with friends, and live voice clubs keep the conversation going between games.

Does Ludo Vest have voice chat?
Yes. Every player seated at a Ludo Vest online table can talk to the others for as long as the match lasts: matchmade games of 2 to 8 players, Team Up 2v2 and private rooms with friends alike. Your mic starts off until you tap it. Clubs add live voice rooms with ten mic seats (fifteen from club level 20), and voice runs on Ludo Vest's own server and is never recorded.

At the table
Every seat has a mic
Each online match is its own voice room. It opens when the match starts and closes when it ends, and only the players in the seats are in it.
Tap to talk
Your mic starts off. Tap the microphone on the board to go live, and a ring lights up on the seat of whoever is speaking.
Only the table hears you
The voice room holds the seated players and nobody else, up to eight. Ludo matches have no spectators, so nobody outside the table can listen in.
Every kind of table
Matchmade games of 2 to 8 players, Team Up 2v2, private rooms with friends and Ludo tables inside a club all have voice.
Drop out, come back
Lose your connection and you are heard again the moment you rejoin. Leave the match and you leave its voice room too.
Quiet when you want it
Turn your mic off at any time, or switch the whole table's sound off with the speaker button. Listening is never required.
Never recorded
Voice is relayed live through a voice server Ludo Vest runs itself, never a third-party service, and nothing is recorded.

In clubs
A voice room that stays open
A club is a live room with mic seats, gifts and stickers, where your group hangs out between matches and plays Ludo, Jackaroo and Dominos together.
Ten mic seats
Ten from day one, fifteen once the club reaches level 20. The Owner, Super Admins and Admins sit straight down; everyone else takes a seat when a manager invites them.
Anyone can listen
Walk into any club as a guest and you can hear the mic. Membership (69 Hearts) lets you chat, and a manager can invite a guest up to a seat too.
Gifts and stickers
Send any of 48 gifts, drop stickers into the chat, and pick from twelve reactions that float over your seat while you talk.
Moderated by rank
Managers can lock an empty seat and mute a lower-ranked speaker for the room. The role ladder decides who can act on whom.
Questions
Voice chat questions
Is voice chat on as soon as a match starts?
No. You join the table's voice room with your mic off, and nothing you say is sent until you tap the microphone. You can switch it off again at any time, or turn the table's sound off with the speaker button.
Can I use voice chat in a random online match?
Yes, if you want to. In any online match the players seated at your table share one voice room for as long as the match lasts. Keep your mic off and you simply listen, or switch the sound off as well.
Do I need to join a club to use voice chat?
No. Every online Ludo table has its own voice, private rooms with friends included. Clubs add a voice room that stays open between matches, with mic seats run by the club's managers.
Does voice chat cost anything?
No. Talking at a table is free, and so is listening in a club. Club membership (69 Hearts) is what lets you type in the club chat, and a manager can invite a member or a guest up to a mic seat.
Who can hear me in a Team Up game?
All four players. Your partner and both opponents share the table's voice room, so plan your moves out loud knowing the other pair can hear.
