Delete your Ludo Vest account

One email closes the account and removes everything attached to it. This page says exactly what goes, what stays, and why.

  1. 01How to delete your Ludo Vest account

    Email support@ludovest.online from the address linked to the account, or — if you play as a guest and have no linked email — send your seven-digit player ID, which is on your profile in the app under your name. Write "Delete my account" in the subject. We act on the request within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. There is nothing else to fill in and no fee.

  2. 02What is deleted

    Your account and everything attached to it: username and avatar, any linked Facebook or Google identifier along with the name and picture it shared, your Gold, Hearts and Gems balances, cosmetics you own, XP, level and stats, club memberships and roles, friends, direct messages you sent, gift history, and the device identifier the account was keyed to. Push notification tokens go with it. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered and its progress cannot be restored.

  3. 03What is kept, and why

    Finished match records stay, with the dice commitment and revealed seed that prove the match was fair — that is the point of publishing them, and a record that can be removed by one of its players is not a proof. They are detached from you: your name and identifiers are removed, leaving a seat number and a result. Ordinary server logs age out on their own within 30 days. Where the law requires us to keep a transaction record, we keep that record and nothing more.

  4. 04Deleting some data without closing the account

    Unlinking Facebook or Google in Settings removes that provider identifier immediately, and the profile picture with it if it came from that account — no email needed. You may keep the account and stay signed in with the other provider. Club conversation is never stored in the first place, so there is nothing there to delete: it is live only, with no history to replay.
